AEO Analytic works with brand and business visibility in AI search environments, including AEO, GEO - Generative Engine Optimization, Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, entity analysis, answer content, schema, mention tracking and digital visibility improvement.
The website provides general information, contact options, AI visibility audit requests, call scheduling and initial business information. Using the website alone does not create a binding service engagement.
2. Acceptance of Terms
- You may use the website only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
- When you submit a form, use the chatbot or leave contact details, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
- Any commercial engagement will be governed by a separate written proposal, order, agreement or written confirmation.

AI search visibility changes quickly and depends on factors outside our control, including algorithm updates, platform policies, existing content quality, website structure, brand authority, competition, external data sources and the behavior of AI systems.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, we do not guarantee any specific result, ranking, placement, appearance, mention, citation, traffic increase, lead or revenue. Services are intended to improve readiness, measurement, content, structure and visibility, but cannot guarantee control over how AI engines present information.
6. Quotes, Payments and Cancellations
- Prices, scope of work, timelines and payment terms are valid only when provided and approved in writing.
- If a proposal or agreement is accepted, its terms will prevail over these Terms in the event of a conflict.
- Cancellation, postponement or refund requests will be handled according to the specific agreement, the stage of work performed and any mandatory law that applies.
- Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived, if and to the extent they apply.
7. Intellectual Property
All copyrights, trademarks, designs, text, code, images, videos, models, processes, reports, methodologies and materials on the website belong to AEO Analytic or to third parties that permitted their use.
You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, modify, reverse engineer or commercially use website content without prior written approval. You may share links to website pages as long as this is done fairly and does not falsely imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.
